This is a self-paced group fitness class featuring high intensity workout designed to improve your fitness, endurance, strength and overall wellness. Each workout focuses on form, range of motion and time, while hitting three key areas: 1) gymnastic (e.g.: body weight/body movement), 2) weight, 3) and cardio/metabolic.

Instructor - Heather Turner

 

This is a group fitness class designed to improve overall quality of life through a variety of highly positive and challenging full body strength training workouts. Utilizing various equipment (dumbbells, bars, resistance bands etc) and body weight exercises you will learn proper form and range of motion, develop stronger bones, promote fat-free lean body mass while increasing your ability to perform daily activities with decreased injury risk.

Power Yoga with Elizabeth Bowen is an intermediate to advanced fun core-focused mind and body workout. Join this class and enjoy increased flexibility, improved posture, reduced back pain while promoting weight loss, elimating toxins and burning calories.

 

Yoga with Cyndee and Lynn is also a fun core-focused mind and body workout, but is focused more on the beginner or those with limited physical abilities. Join this class and enjoy increased flexibility and circulation while improving overall strength and well-being.

BRAZILIAN jIU JITSU

Instructors - Doni Munz, Samantha Davis

 

This is an indoor cycling group fitness class that focuses on cardio, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery. Classes are fun, motivating, self-paced and great for all ability levels. Set to music and led by a certified instructor each class varies to keep things fresh, fun and motivating with the ability to individualize your ride.

Form and Function consists of stretches, strengthening exercises and the use of various tools to help you get and stay pain-free and function optimally for life. Each class is part basic strength training, part yoga, part physical therapy, and all about getting connected to your body and how it is supposed to work.

Instructor - Anthony Monsen, Steven Walser

 

Brazilian Jui Jitsu is a self defense class for all ages. Kids can join the Bully Proof class to learn rules to help with everyday life, life skills and self defense in a fun and exciting way.  The adult class is a little more serious. We practice and train hard in the art of Brazilian Jui Jitsu. And from time to time we go to tournaments in Las Vegas and Ogden. We have a good time and welcome all ages and skill levels.
